What's the difference between Supreme and Premium?

Supreme has the biggest lineup: the most live channels, movies and series. Premium has fewer channels, chosen for picture quality and stability, with 4K sports and higher-quality streams. Both use the same device, guide and VPN.

Can I install my own apps?

Yes. The Vizmo.TV app and Vizmo.VPN come preinstalled, and you can add any other apps from the device's app store.

What does the Vizmo.VPN do?

It encrypts your device's internet connection so your traffic stays private. It's on when your device arrives and runs in the background.

What counts as a screen?

A screen is one stream playing at a time. A 2-screen plan lets two devices watch at once, in the same home or different ones.

Will my plan renew automatically?

No. Plans run for the length you choose and stop. We'll email you before it ends so you can renew if you want to.

What internet speed do I need?

About 10 Mbps per screen for HD and 25 Mbps per screen for 4K on Premium. A wired connection or strong Wi-Fi helps with live sports.

This page explains the terms that apply when you use the Vizmo.TV website, devices, apps and services. By creating an account, placing an order or using a Vizmo device, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Vizmo.TV offers two subscription services, Vizmo.TV Supreme and Vizmo.TV Premium, along with preconfigured devices that include the Vizmo.TV and Vizmo.VPN apps. Channel lineups, categories and on-demand titles are provided by third-party sources and can change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, event or title will be available.

2. Your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each subscription is for personal, in-home use. Reselling, sharing or redistributing your service or its content is not allowed. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for abuse or fraud. 3. Billing and renewals Subscriptions are prepaid for the period you choose. If automatic renewal is turned on, your plan renews at the end of each period at the price shown in your account until you turn it off. You can view your plan, expiry date and invoices from My Account at any time. Payments are generally non-refundable once a period has started, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Contact us if you have a billing problem and we will look into it. 4. Devices and apps

Devices are set up by us before they ship. You may install your own apps, but changes to the device's system settings or the preinstalled apps may stop the service from working, and we may not be able to support a modified device.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service in a way that breaks the law, interferes with the service or other customers, or tries to access systems or accounts that are not yours.

6. Privacy

We collect only what we need to run your account: your contact details, your order and payment history, and basic technical information needed to deliver and support the service. We do not sell your personal information. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers. You can ask us to update or delete your information by contacting support.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, provider changes or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

8. Trademarks

Channel names, logos and programs belong to their respective owners. Vizmo.TV is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. When we make a significant change, we will post it on the News page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
